We apply a uniform tariff for the peninsula up to two kilos. (See good buying on the weight of the product).

BE CAREFUL ACCOUNT

• Deliveries are made usually in the morning, you can tell two different directions: your home or place of delivery (the work or if it was a gift).
• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Weekends are not split.
• If your purchase was an urgent need for a gift or a special event call us and we agree.
• The deadline is 24-48 hours since receiving the mail "you buy into this process."
• Our shipments are well packed and protected so that the goods do not suffer. Should you send when you arrive you see an anomaly, you have 24 hours to call us and claim to the carrier.
