Elizabeth II's grandmother was in good health throughout her life and could be influenced by being left-handed. A poll published by the magazine Laterality, states that left-handers have a lower risk of ulcers and arthritis. Likewise, scientists theorize that they could also be less affected by the degeneration of age's own memory.
